At the 2023 Nike Melbourne Marathon Festival, all medals were created by badges and medals in collaborations with plastic bank using recycled materials. For every medal presented at this years #melbmara two plastic bottles were prevented from entering our oceans!
We are proud to share that together we stopped 1,620Kg of plastic from entering the ocean, that is the equivalent of 81,000 plastic bottles!
