With a brand-new date of 11-12 December set on the horizon for the Nike Melbourne Marathon Festival 2021, Nike Run Club Coaches Lydia and Dave have developed intermediary programs across all distances to periodise your training, ensuring you hit your peak come race day and run at your best.
These are 7-week bridging programs you can start right now to help maintain the base you’ve built in your training, taking you through till October 31st where you’ll re-commence the original training program you joined through weekly guidance on the NRC app.
