The Nike Melbourne Marathon Training Series presented by Bupa is aimed at preparing runners in a group environment for either the Nike Melbourne Marathon or Nike Melbourne Half Marathon, under the guidance of our experienced Coaches and Run Leaders. A graduated program will provide runners with a solid training base to be fully prepared to tackle their event of choice on Sunday 15th October.
Every bit of prep and practice, helps you go big on race day. Be ready for life and the Nike Melbourne Marathon Festival with Bupa.
Sessions:
Commencing Sunday 23rd July – Concluding Wednesday 11th October (Nike Melbourne Marathon Event staged on Sunday 15th October)
All sessions are free to attend.
The Sunday session is aimed at working on your endurance by gradually building the distance of the long run until a peak is reached four weeks from race day. The Wednesday sessions supplement this with a medium distance run and quality session
