Event upgrades and downgrades can be made by emailing our support team at email@example.com. Please include what event you are registered for and what event you would like to go into.
If you are upgrading we require the CVC of the credit card used during registration to process the price rise. If you are downgrading, a $15 fee will be deducted from the events price difference.
Online upgrades/downgrades can be done up until 11:59pm Sunday October 3rd. If you have already received your bib you will need to visit our Race Week Office prior to race day to swap your bib.
Please note: You will not be able to downgrade/upgrade to a sold out event if you registered after the date of that particular event selling out.
