A $10 admin fee will be charged for all upgrade / downgrade requests. This will be charged on top of the price difference for upgrades, the price difference will not be refunded for downgrades.
Please note: We do not allow upgrades or downgrades from entries accessed via our ballot system.
FOR EVENT CHANGES MADE BEFORE 11:59PM 8TH JUNE 2024
- Log into your www.myevents.active.com account
- Find your Nike Melbourne Marathon registration and select “change category”.
- Follow prompts to change event.
Please note, a $10 fee will be charged to process your change.
If these changes were made before August 7th and you are expecting to receive your Race Bib in the mail, it will be for the new distance you have downgraded/upgraded to. Your bib will still be personalised as per your original request.
EVENT CHANGES MADE AFTER 11:59PM 5TH AUGUST 2024 (and did not select priority postage)
Please follow the same steps above.
If you are expecting your Race Bib to be mailed to you, you will receive the race bib for the event you originally registered for prior to June 8th. You will be responsible to come to the race week office and swap your bib for the correct distance. You will not be able to participate with the wrong distance bib. Your new bib will no longer be personalised.
Please note: You will not be able to downgrade/upgrade to a sold out event if you registered after the date of that particular event selling out.
