Nike Melbourne Marathon Festival Survey Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Nike Melbourne Marathon Festival (“Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

2.1 Entry is open to all participants who registered for the 2024 Nike Melbourne Marathon Festival.
2.2 Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
2.3 Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter or any associated agencies are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

3.1 The competition opens on 13.02.2025 and closes at 17.02.2025 (AEST).
3.2 Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

4.1 To enter, participants must complete the official Nike Melbourne Marathon Festival brand survey within the competition period, and enter a valid email address.
4.2 Only one entry per person is permitted.

5. Prize

5.1 One (1) winner will receive the Ultimate Nike Melbourne Marathon Festival Prize Pack, which includes:

One (1) VIP Registration to the 2025 Nike Melbourne Marathon Festival, including access to sold-out events (valued up to $295)
One (1) Nike Melbourne Marathon Festival merchandise pack (valued at $200)
One (1) pair of Nike Pegasus Plus running shoes (valued at $260)
5.2 The total prize value is AUD $755.
5.3 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

6.1 The winner will be randomly drawn from all valid entries within 7 days of the competition closing.
6.2 The winner will be contacted via email and/or phone within 7 days of the draw.
6.3 If the winner does not respond within 14 days, a redraw will take place.

7. General Conditions

7.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
7.2 The Promoter is not responsible for any technical errors or failures that may prevent entry.
7.3 By entering, participants agree to the Promoter using their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.

8. Privacy

8.1 Personal information provided will be handled in accordance with the Nike Melbourne Marathon Festival Privacy Policy and used solely for the purpose of administering this competition.
