In-person training sessions are back! These sessions are designed to keep you accountable and prepare runners in a group environment for either the Nike Marathon or the Nike Half Marathon, under the guidance of our experienced Coaches and Run Leaders.

Our training routes will take in the paths and trails of inner Melbourne, including portions of the Marathon and Half Marathon courses to familiarise runners with what they’ll experience on race day.
The Sessions.
All sessions are free to attend.
First session is this Sunday 10 July at 8:00am.
The Sunday sessions are aimed at working on your endurance by gradually building the distance of the long run until a peak is reached four weeks from race day. The Wednesday sessions supplement this with a medium distance run, or a quality session on the track at Olympic Park.

Runners arrive by: 7:45am

Start time: 6:00pm
