These Chobani Fit pancake bowls are the perfect pre-run brekkie, developed by sports dietitian Brittany Andreola. With more than 25g of protein from Chobani Fit yogurt, egg + rolled oats, and energy releasing carbs from fruit, these bowls are your ultimate energy boost! 🍓🍌 Natural protein like Chobani Fit provides a sustained energy source, supports muscle growth and recovery through muscle synthesis, and keeps you feeling full without weighing you down as you rack up the km.  

  

Chobani Fit Pancake Bowls 

  

Ingredients per serve:  

1/3 cup rolled oats  

¾ tsp baking powder  

Pinch of cinnamon 

1/2 a Chobani Fit Vanilla 160g pot (keep rest for topping) 

1 egg 

1/2 cup frozen berries  

1 medium banana  

  

Toppings:  

Remaining Chobani Fit Vanilla Yogurt tub 

Mixed berries  

Maple syrup (optional) 

  

Method:  

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Combine all dry ingredients + banana in a blender, and blend until fine.  

Mix in 1/2 Chobani Fit pot and egg. Let this rest for 5-10 minutes to activate the baking powder.  

Spray or line a glass tray/baking tray and add in mixture. Add berries and mix gently in 

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until it is lightly golden and cooked through. Top with remaining Chobani Fit, berries, and maple syrup. Enjoy!
