We know plans can change, which is why we offer one of the most flexible withdrawal windows around – longer than most events you’ll find.

The standard withdrawal period – during which you are eligible for a refund on your race entry and bib postage (minus a cancellation fee) – ends on Monday 29th September 2025. After this date, you are still able to withdraw your entry but you will not receive a refund on your order. 

Please note: No refunds will be issued after 29 September under any circumstances.

Refunds will only be processed once your bib has been received by our customer service team. Bibs must be returned no later than Monday 29 September 2025 to be eligible.

If you did not purchase bib postage, your refund will be processed automatically.

Nike Melbourne Marathon: $30

Nike Half Marathon: $30

10KM: $15

5KM Run: $15

2.5KM Walk: $15
