The Nike Melbourne Marathon and Nike Half Marathon will return on the 11th of October 2026.

This year, the 42.195KM km Nike Melbourne Marathon and 21.1KM Nike Half Marathon will go on sale through a ballot process. The Ballot will open for over a week, giving you plenty of time to register your details for your chance to gain entry to the #melbmara. 

BALLOT OPENS – 10:00 AM AEDT THURSDAY 13TH NOVEMBER

During this ballot window, premium registrations – including VIR and the all-new Club 42 – will also be allocated via their own ballot process. The ballot will close on Tuesday 25 November at 10:00am AEDT
