The Melbourne Marathon Festival is one of our city’s great running events.
While the start and finish lines look a little different this year, it’s great to see Melburnians keeping fit and setting new goals.
Your race course is your choice in this year’s virtual event. I encourage you to explore the many great running routes through the City of Melbourne.
Enjoy views of our city’s finest landmarks. From the Arts Centre to the Shrine and the famous MCG, Melbourne’s heritage buildings and open spaces provide a course for all to enjoy.
Get your support crew out along the track and then after you have run your race, refuel at one of our city’s great cafes or restaurants.
From elite athletes to weekend runners, everyone is invited to get involved in this iconic event.
The City of Melbourne is proud to support the Melbourne Marathon Festival. In promoting an active lifestyle, it encourages individuals to achieve their personal goals.
