Power Living and lululemon present the Yin Yoga Cooldown Station – 20 minutes of yin yoga to help you wind down and recover after your race!

Two of the biggest names in Australian yoga invite you to join them after your run to enjoy a stretch session with some of Australia’s best teachers, so you don’t go from hero to zero.

·         Join them just outside Gate 2 of the MCG after your run on race day

·         20 minute yin yoga classes will be constantly running from 8:00am – 2:00pm for runners and spectators

·         Classes will be level 1, and are suitable for all levels – no previous yoga experience necessary

·         Yoga mats will be provided by lululemon

·         Pre-register or just turn up on the day!

Yin yoga is a gentle and slow-paced practice which targets the bodies fascial system. We’ll get juicy and stretch out some of the key areas which have worked so hard and carried you through the race. Hit the Yin Yoga Cooldown Station and help your body recover from your run. See you on the mat!
