CHANGES UP TO 11:59PM ON THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 15, 2016
Competitors can change events online up until 11:59pm Thursday September 15, 2016.
If you decide to upgrade your event, you are required to pay the difference in entry fees of when you registered and the fee as it stands at the point of upgrade.
If you choose to downgrade your event, the refund will be the difference of the original event and the cost of the event you wish to downgrade into as it currently costs, less a $15 administration charge.
Race packs will be sent out in September. If you are changing events and you have already received your race pack, you will be required to bring your current pack to collect a replacement pack from the Race Week Office.

CHANGES FROM 12:00AM ON FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 16, 2016
Changes will be accepted after Thursday September 15, but will only be accepted at the Race Week Office and only if the event has not yet reached capacity.
If you upgrade your event at the Race Week Office, you will be required to pay the difference between the two entry fees. If you downgrade your event, there will be no refund of the difference between entries fees.
The Race Week Office will be located on the external concourse of the MCG between Gates 1 and 2.
